Job Description
  1. Conduct regular ward rounds and closely monitor patients' conditions.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per consultant directives.
  3. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients when necessary.
  4. Document patient progress, clinical notes, and reports accurately and timely.
  5. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
  6. Provide immediate care and support to patients in critical or post-operative stages.
  7. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical ethics at all times.
