Job Description
- Conduct regular ward rounds and closely monitor patients' conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per consultant directives.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients when necessary.
- Document patient progress, clinical notes, and reports accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Provide immediate care and support to patients in critical or post-operative stages.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical ethics at all times.
