Job Description

- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring quality control, adherence to protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute pathology expertise to treatment plans
- Stay updated with advancements in pathology, attend conferences, and engage in continuous education to maintain professional competence
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, residents, and medical students
