Overview
A Junior Resident in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) assists in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. They gain hands-on training in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency ENT care under the guidance of senior specialists.

Job Description
- Clinical Evaluation: Perform ENT examinations, interpret audiometric and endoscopic findings, and assist in diagnosis.
- Surgical Assistance: Support in minor and major ENT surgeries, such as tonsillectomy, septoplasty, or mastoidectomy.
- Emergency ENT Care: Handle cases like epistaxis, airway obstruction, foreign body removal, and trauma.
- Ward & OPD Duties: Participate in ward rounds, manage inpatients, and assist in ENT outpatient clinics.
