Job Description
  1. Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck structures.
  2. Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and ear reconstructions when necessary.
  3. Evaluate patients using medical tests, imaging, and clinical examination.
  4. Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic results and patient history.
  5. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for comprehensive care.
  6. Monitor patient progress post-treatment or surgery and adjust care plans accordingly.
