Job Description
- Provide surgical care to patients, including pre operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post operative care
- Manage elective and emergency surgical cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including residents and medical students
- Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and continuous professional development
- Adhere to clinical governance and quality improvement standards in surgical practice
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and surgical procedures
