Job Description

- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Work with dietitians and medical staff to adapt menus for specific dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and resolve any issues related to food quality or patient satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of food preparation areas and equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.
