Job Description
- Assist in implementing prescribed exercise and rehabilitation programs for patients under the guidance of licensed professionals.
- Monitor and document patients’ physical responses and progress during therapy sessions.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises to avoid injuries and ensure effectiveness.
- Set up and maintain equipment used in physical therapy and fitness sessions.
- Provide motivational support and encourage patient participation in routine rehabilitation activities.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment in the exercise and therapy area.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust therapy plans based on patient feedback and progress.
