Job Description
- Lead and supervise the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service within the healthcare setting.
- Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific dietary plans based on medical requirements.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including meal preparation, delivery services, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling protocols.
- Manage the department’s budget, including monitoring costs, inventory, and purchasing of food and supplies.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service, focusing on nutrition and patient satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely meal deliveries and meet patient satisfaction objectives.
