Job Description
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical history, and fitness levels to develop customized exercise programs.
- Assist in managing chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity through evidence-based exercise therapy.
- Monitor patient responses to exercise and adjust programs based on their progress and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients on safe exercise practices, lifestyle changes, and the importance of physical activity in long-term health.
- Use specialized equipment to assess cardiovascular and muscular function and record performance data.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and safety guidelines while delivering rehabilitative fitness services.
