Job Description
- Performs Eye Surgeries and Laser Procedures

- Diagnoses and Manages Complex Eye Diseases
- Evaluates patients using slit-lamp, OCT, fundus exams, and imaging to create targeted treatment plans.
- Provides Pre- and Postoperative Care
- Manages surgical preparation, recovery, and long-term outcomes, addressing any complications.
- Collaborates with Multidisciplinary Teams
- Works with optometrists, retinal specialists, anesthetists, and primary care physicians in comprehensive care.
- Educates Patients on Eye Health and Procedures
- Explains surgical risks, alternatives, and aftercare protocols to patients and families.
- Engages in Research and Innovation
- Participates in clinical research, surgical audits, and advances in ophthalmic technology and techniques.
