Job Description
- Develop and process radiographic films used for medical diagnoses using specialized imaging equipment.
- Ensure the quality, clarity, and accuracy of processed films before they are reviewed by radiologists.
- Maintain and calibrate film development machines and darkroom facilities to ensure proper functioning.
- Label and archive processed images systematically for future medical reference and patient records.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols while handling radiographic materials.
- Assist radiologic technologists and other imaging professionals in the preparation and management of imaging materials.
- Monitor chemical levels and environmental conditions in film development areas to ensure optimal processing results.
