Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Ensure that all laboratory testing procedures adhere to established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring that all instruments are calibrated, serviced, and functional.
- Coordinate inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Handle and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret lab results and contribute to patient care decisions.
