  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the production activities within the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of medical products
  • Develop production schedules and prioritize job orders to meet customer demand and ensure continuous supply of healthcare products
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold regulatory standards (such as FDA, ISO) and ensure product safety and efficacy
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements in production operations
  • Lead and manage production teams, including hiring, training, and performance management to achieve production targets and quality goals
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels
