Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceutical materials in accordance with storage guidelines and health regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or computerized systems.
- Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of raw materials and finished goods to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality assurance teams for stock replenishment and verification.
- Monitor expiration dates, batch numbers, and ensure proper labelling of materials.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards in all handling processes.
- Report discrepancies or damages in supplies and assist in stock audits regularly.
