Job Description
  1. Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceutical materials in accordance with storage guidelines and health regulations.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or computerized systems.
  3. Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of raw materials and finished goods to relevant departments.
  4. Coordinate with procurement and quality assurance teams for stock replenishment and verification.
  5. Monitor expiration dates, batch numbers, and ensure proper labelling of materials.
  6. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards in all handling processes.
  7. Report discrepancies or damages in supplies and assist in stock audits regularly.
