Job Description
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure the best prices, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of supplies
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs while maintaining high service standards
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and reporting
- Work closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their logistical needs
- Identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
