Job Description
- Perform cosmetic breast procedures, including breast augmentation (implants or fat transfer), breast lifts (mastopexy), breast reduction, and revision surgeries.
- Assess patient goals and physical characteristics, recommending personalized surgical plans to meet aesthetic expectations.
- Use implants or autologous fat to enhance breast volume and contour based on the patient’s preferences and body type.
- Ensure symmetry and proportionality, taking into account chest wall anatomy, skin elasticity, and nipple position.
- Manage pre-operative counseling and post-operative care, including scar management, pain control, and long-term follow-up.
- Stay updated on surgical innovations, such as hybrid augmentation techniques, cohesive gel implants, and minimal-scar procedures.
