Job Description
  1. Perform surgical reconstruction of soft tissues, skin, and underlying structures after burn injuries or trauma.
  2. Manage acute burn care, including debridement, skin grafting, and fluid resuscitation.
  3. Correct deformities and contractures caused by scarring or poorly healed wounds.
  4. Use advanced reconstructive techniques, such as flap surgery, skin substitutes, and microsurgery.
  5. Work closely with emergency, intensive care, and rehabilitation teams for comprehensive patient management.
  6. Provide long-term care for functional and aesthetic recovery, including multiple staged surgeries if needed.
  7. Support psychological and physical rehabilitation, helping patients regain mobility, appearance, and quality of life.
