Job Description
  1. Perform complex surgical procedures to remove tumors from the liver, pancreas, bile ducts, stomach, and gastrointestinal tract.
  2. Evaluate and diagnose patients through clinical assessment, imaging, and biopsy results to determine appropriate surgical intervention.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams to plan and execute patient-centric cancer treatment protocols.
  4. Monitor post-operative recovery and provide long-term follow-up for early detection of recurrence and complications.
  5. Stay updated with advancements in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries relevant to HPB and GI oncology.
  6. Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and recovery plans.
  7. Participate in clinical audits, research, and training of junior surgical staff in oncological surgery best practices.
