Job Description
  1. Prepare and set up laparoscopic equipment and instruments before surgical procedures.
  2. Assist surgeons during minimally invasive surgeries by managing scopes, cameras, and other devices.
  3. Ensure proper sterilization, maintenance, and storage of laparoscopic tools and surgical kits.
  4. Monitor equipment functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues in real-time.
  5. Maintain accurate records of surgical instruments and inventory.
  6. Coordinate with OT staff to follow infection control and aseptic techniques.
  7. Support pre-operative and post-operative processes to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
