Job Description
- Prepare and set up laparoscopic equipment and instruments before surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons during minimally invasive surgeries by managing scopes, cameras, and other devices.
- Ensure proper sterilization, maintenance, and storage of laparoscopic tools and surgical kits.
- Monitor equipment functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of surgical instruments and inventory.
- Coordinate with OT staff to follow infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Support pre-operative and post-operative processes to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
