Job Description
- Assess clients’ physical condition and functional limitations in coordination with physiotherapists or medical professionals.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation and fitness programs based on individual health goals and recovery needs.
- Monitor progress and adjust exercise plans as needed to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation.
- Educate clients on posture, mobility techniques, and injury prevention to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic care and track patient outcomes.
- Guide clients through therapeutic exercises using proper technique to avoid re-injury.
- Maintain detailed records of sessions, progress reports, and feedback for clinical use.
