Job Description
- Assessing the physical, emotional, and environmental needs of pregnant and postpartum clients.
- Designing individualized treatment plans to address challenges in daily functioning and self-care.
- Supporting clients in adapting to physical changes during pregnancy and recovery after childbirth.
- Providing strategies for managing stress, fatigue, and mental health concerns.
- Teaching ergonomic practices and techniques to prevent musculoskeletal strain.
- Guiding clients in safe exercise and activity modifications.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals such as obstetricians, midwives, and psychologists.
- Educating families about perinatal wellness and promoting maternal-infant bonding.
