Job Description

- Assisting with lifestyle modifications, including exercise, diet, and daily activity planning.
- Providing support for returning to work, hobbies, and other meaningful activities.
- Collaborating with cardiologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapy plans based on recovery milestones.
