Job Description
- Evaluate clients’ vocational skills and physical/cognitive abilities.
- Develop rehabilitation plans aimed at employment goals.
- Provide job training, counseling, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with employers to arrange workplace accommodations.
- Assist with resume writing and job search strategies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to resources.
