Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures within the healthcare facility
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to staff on EHS protocols, emergency response procedures, and safe work practices
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of EHS activities, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance audits
