Job Description
  1. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures within the healthcare facility
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients
  3. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
  4. Provide training and guidance to staff on EHS protocols, emergency response procedures, and safe work practices
  5. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of EHS activities, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance audits
