Job Description
- Perform emergency surgical procedures to treat life-threatening injuries involving the chest, abdomen, head, and extremities.
- Lead trauma teams during resuscitation and stabilization, ensuring prompt and coordinated care.
- Manage patients through all phases of trauma care, including surgery, intensive care, and recovery.
- Coordinate with emergency medicine, orthopedic, neurosurgery, and ICU teams for multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in trauma system development, including protocols, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
