Job Description
- Provide intensive care and life-saving treatment to critically ill or premature newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor and manage neonates requiring mechanical ventilation, dialysis, and other intensive support systems.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage neonatal diseases and conditions, including respiratory distress, infections, and congenital anomalies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatric surgeons, neonatal nurses, and other specialists, for comprehensive care.
- Oversee the development of individualized care plans for each infant, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Educate and guide family members on the medical conditions of their infants and provide emotional support.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancing neonatal critical care practices.
