Job Description
- Responsible for complete documentation and statutory compliance for Organ Transplantation surgery
- Working with recipient for clinical evaluation, transplant eligibility and transplant patient work up & profiling
- Patient and their family education and counselling for transplant procedure, step by step process & procedures and hospital billing estimate
- Preparing and maintaining Patient’s Organ Transplant file with all the necessary clinical records, consents, investigation reports and committee & authority approval documents
- Record keeping of all organ transplant and harvesting patient documents
