Job Description
- Operate, maintain, and repair equipment used in dairy production, including milking machines, pasteurizers, and refrigeration units.
- Monitor the processing of milk and other dairy products to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations in dairy operations.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve dairy production and sustainability.
- Monitor the storage and handling of milk to prevent contamination and maintain freshness.
