Job Description
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of healthcare products
- Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations, such as FDA guidelines, international trade laws, and local government policies
- Serve as the point of contact for international clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on shipment status
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of products destined for export, ensuring availability and timely replenishment
- Accurately enter and maintain export data in the company's ERP system, tracking shipment details and inventory movements
- Identify and resolve issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, and documentation discrepancies
- Generate and analyze export reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest process improvements
