Job Description
  1. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of healthcare products
  2. Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations, such as FDA guidelines, international trade laws, and local government policies
  3. Serve as the point of contact for international clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on shipment status
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels of products destined for export, ensuring availability and timely replenishment
  5. Accurately enter and maintain export data in the company's ERP system, tracking shipment details and inventory movements
  6. Identify and resolve issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, and documentation discrepancies
  7. Generate and analyze export reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest process improvements
