The Head Warehouse is responsible for managing and supervising all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and logistics coordination. A Warehouse Head also develops standard operating procedures, monitors stock accuracy, prevents damages and losses, and oversees manpower planning and workflow planning.

  1. Lead and oversee all operations within the warehouse department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  2. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of medical supplies and equipment while minimizing excess and obsolescence
  3. Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high performing team
  4. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold the integrity and safety of stored medical goods
  5. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies efficiently
