A Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist helps patients regain physical, cognitive, and emotional function following injury, surgery, or illness. They develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, working with multidisciplinary teams to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for patients across a range of clinical settings.

Job Description
- Assess patients’ functional abilities and limitations to design individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Implement therapy interventions including physical, occupational, speech, or cognitive therapies based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes to ensure effective rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support recovery and prevent further injury or complications.
