Job Description
  1. Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose mental health conditions
  2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs
  3. Provide evidence based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, or families to improve mental health outcomes
  4. Offer crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes or emergencies
  5. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to coordinate patient care
  6. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
  7. Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies
