Job Description
- Educate patients about eye health, preventive care, and the benefits of regular vision screenings.
- Guide patients in understanding their diagnosis and treatment plans, including surgical or corrective options.
- Assist in the selection and fitting of eyewear or contact lenses as per medical recommendations.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients undergoing eye surgeries or vision loss.
- Coordinate with eye care professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow up to monitor treatment progress.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs to spread awareness on vision health.
