Job Description
- Provide Therapy Sessions – Conduct individual, group, and family counselling to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioural problems.
- Develop Treatment Plans – Assess client needs and create tailored therapy plans using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, play therapy).
- Support Family Dynamics – Help families improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with Schools and Agencies – Work with teachers, social workers, or paediatricians to support a child’s well-being across environments.
- Maintain Confidential Records – Document sessions, track progress, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal/ethical standards.
