Diplomate International Board of Lifestyle Medicine

Lifestyle Medicine Physicians can become an IBLM Diplomate by completing minimum professional achievement. Such requirement is also applicable for ABLM Diplomate credential. The requirement criteria include completing a minimum of 30 hours of specific lifestyle medicine online CME, at least 10 hours of live in-person CME, submit a case study and passing the IBLM certification exam. The successfully completed professionals get title of “DipIBLM”.
