Lifestyle Medicine Physicians can become an ABLM Diplomate by completing minimum professional achievement. Such requirement is also applicable for IBLM Diplomate credential. The criteria include minimum of 30 hours of online CME in specific lifestyle medicine, gathering 20 hours of CME by attending an approved event, submitting a case study on positive impacts of lifestyle medicine intervention with an active patient and passing the ABLM certification exam. The successfully completed professionals get title of “DipABLM”.
