Job Description
  • Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment.

  • Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, holding retractors, and managing supplies.
  • Ensure accurate count of instruments and sponges before, during, and after surgery.
  • Help position and prep patients for surgery, including shaving and disinfecting the surgical site.
  • Monitor surgical field for signs of complications or breaches in sterility.
  • Support post-operative clean-up, restocking supplies, and preparing the room for the next case
