Job Description
  1. Manage and prioritize surgical lists, coordinate with departments, and avoid scheduling conflicts.
  2. Ensure availability and readiness of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for each procedure.
  3. Coordinate with OT nurses, anesthetists, and support staff to maintain workflow and discipline in the OT.
  4. Monitor adherence to infection control, sterilization, and OT safety protocols.
  5. Maintain surgical logs, patient records, and communicate updates or changes to all relevant teams.
