Job Description
- Fit and calibrate Holter monitors or similar ECG devices for patients to record heart activity over 24 to 48 hours or longer.
- Educate patients on device usage, precautions, and daily activity recording during the monitoring period.
- Retrieve and upload ECG data from the monitoring device for further clinical analysis.
- Interpret basic readings and prepare preliminary reports for the cardiology team.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of health data.
- Clean, test, and troubleshoot Holter equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic teams in hospital or clinical settings.
