This role involves both clinical and surgical expertise tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients, emphasizing compassionate care and child-friendly communication.

Job Description
- Diagnose and treat ear, nose, and throat disorders in children, including infections, allergies, hearing problems, and speech-related conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ear tube insertion, and correction of congenital abnormalities (e.g., cleft palate).
- Evaluate and manage hearing loss and balance disorders, often in collaboration with audiologists.
- Address airway problems, including snoring, obstructive sleep apnea, and voice disorders in pediatric patients.
- Provide care for head and neck issues, such as tumors, cysts, or injuries.
- Monitor and manage chronic ENT conditions, including allergies, sinusitis, and recurrent ear infections.
- Educate parents and caregivers on preventive measures and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, speech therapists, audiologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive care.
