Job Description
- Develop and deliver training programs for nurses on clinical procedures, protocols, and best practices
- Assess training needs and develop appropriate materials and resources to support learning objectives
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and simulations to enhance nurses' clinical skills and knowledge
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to nurses to ensure competency and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop training initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as needed to optimize learning outcomes
