Job Description
- Conduct physical assessments of ICU patients including those on ventilators.

- Help in weaning patients off ventilators with targeted exercises.
- Prevent secondary complications like pressure ulcers and DVT.
- Document interventions and coordinate with ICU teams for real-time care planning.
- Educate patient families about recovery pathways and involvement in care.
