  1. Manage and coordinate daily housekeeping activities within the healthcare facility to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
  2. Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow to maintain a clean and safe environment
  3. Inspect and evaluate cleanliness levels across patient rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  4. Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations
  5. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and infection control measures, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high standards
  6. Coordinate with other departments such as nursing and facilities management to address cleaning needs, patient preferences, and special requests promptly
