  1. Maintain accurate records of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to ensure adequate stock levels
  2. Source and purchase medical supplies and equipment from approved vendors, adhering to budgetary guidelines and quality standards
  3. Organize storage areas to optimize space and accessibility; oversee distribution of supplies to various departments within the healthcare facility
  4. Monitor product expiry dates, ensure proper storage conditions, and manage returns or disposal of expired or damaged items
  5. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, requisitions, and issue vouchers; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  6. Supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation; foster a cooperative and efficient working environment
  7. Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted supply of critical items
