Job Description
- Operate and monitor dialysis machines to ensure proper functioning during patient treatments.
- Assist patients with the preparation and setup for dialysis sessions, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
- Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, during dialysis.
- Administer prescribed medications as per dialysis protocols and report any adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, including progress and any complications.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed, maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care, including diet, fluid intake, and medication management.
