Job Description
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations of patients' speech and audio abilities
- Implement therapy plans designed by the speech therapist, including exercises and activities
- Monitor and document patients' progress and report findings to the therapist
- Provide guidance and support to patients during therapy sessions
- Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean and safe therapy environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Patience and empathy in working with patients facing communication challenges
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities in managing therapy schedules and records
