Job Description
- Diagnose and treat various forms of tuberculosis, including latent and multidrug-resistant TB.
- Conduct regular patient assessments using chest X-rays, sputum tests, and other diagnostic tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, drug sensitivity, and clinical response.
- Collaborate with public health authorities to monitor TB cases and implement containment strategies.
- Educate patients and communities about TB prevention, transmission, and adherence to treatment.
- Participate in research or clinical trials to support innovations in TB care and control programs.
- Ensure compliance with national and WHO TB control guidelines and contribute to policy updates.
