Job Description
- Design and implement individualized exercise programs for patients post-heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty, or with chronic heart disease.
- Evaluate cardiovascular fitness, endurance levels, and physical limitations before starting rehabilitation.
- Monitor vital signs (heart rate, BP, oxygen saturation) during exercise sessions to ensure patient safety.
- Provide guidance on lifestyle changes, smoking cessation, diet, stress management, and long-term fitness.
- Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and dietitians to deliver comprehensive cardiac care.
