Job Description
- Assess cardiac patients’ physical capabilities and medical histories to create tailored rehabilitation plans.

- Educate patients on heart-healthy lifestyle changes, including diet, stress management, and medication adherence.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust rehabilitation strategies based on clinical feedback and patient response.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to help patients cope with recovery challenges and motivate adherence.
