- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on clinical responses and diagnostic results.
- Educate patients and families on lifestyle changes, breathing techniques, and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, pulmonologists, and nurses to optimize recovery outcomes.
